Whole Beef (grass raised-grain finished)

Here’s how it works. We set up processing date, and transfer your cow to the butcher. Once there, the processor will contact you, and customize your order for cuts. The current availability is April of 2026. Half of a beef will yield between 550-750lb of packaged meat. Hanging weight is how we calculate total cost, as it varies by animal. Total price is calculated at butcher, and remaining balance is due upon pick up. Current price is $6.75 per lb.
