The current availability is April of 2026. Half of a beef will yield between 275-375lb of packaged meat. Hanging weight is how we calculate total cost, as it varies by animal. Our cattle are raised from birth on open pasture. Responsibly raised, and given the happiest life we can provide. Once they reach around 700 lbs, we move them to a feeding area, where free forage hay and grain is available for the last 4 months. Creating high quality, and wonderfully tasting beef.
